Need to make a return? 

Items that are unworn, unwashed, unaltered, no makeup stains, no animal hair, no smoke smell,  are not final sale, proof of purchase, and within our 2 week window are eligible for a return. Returns can be done in store or by mail. 

Due to items selling out quickly, we typically do not offer exchanges. Customer is responsible for return shipping & return shipping fees. Refunds will be in the form of a store credit that will be applied to your account for the the price on the receipt. (Sale items are final sale items ending in $0.99). Once we receive your item by mail, please allow 5-7 business days to process your return and issue store credit. **We may refuse to return any time that does not fit our return item guideline** - Absolutely no cash or credit card refunds will be processed. All returns are issued in store credit. I

Defective items may happen. Please contact us info@boutiqueobsessed.com within 2 business days of receiving your shipment. In your email, please include details about the defect, order information and photos. 

FINAL SALE - NO exceptions! All sale/clearance items are final (ending in $0.99). All sales are final on leggings, shorts, swimsuits, undergarments, jewelry, hair accessories, hats, beanies socks and eye wear. This is for hygienic purposes. Thanks for understanding!
